LEARN TO RUN 10K
This clinic is for those truly new to running. This 13-week program takes participants from walking to running in a very graduated manner. Meeting once a week with Women’s Pace and doing two “homework” sessions, participants will complete three days a week of exercise to accomplish the 10 Km goal.
Training Clinic for a 5k
This 8 week clinic is for those individuals who are active already and looking to have the guidance to move from walking to running in a gradual manner. Meeting once a week with Women's Pace and doing two homework sessions, participants will complete three days a week of exercise to accomplish their running goal of the 5k distance.
RUNNING ON
This 10 week clinic is for those individuals who have a 10km base and are looking to maintain or improve this base. It is a follow up program for those who have completed the Learn to Run 10k clinic or anyone who is interested in challenging their current base of 10km. Run routes and support are provided, along with comprehensive information on long distance running….and of course company, support and motivation on the long runs AND how to have fun while accomplishing your goal!
